We use ACW's Apple Cider Vinegar in all of our recipes. The vinegar provides a more robust and deep flavor that you can't get with the in-store brands. We use their other vinegars too. You need to check out their Beer Malt Vinegar on Boardwalk-style French Fries.
There’s rice wine vinegars and then there is THIS rice wine vinegar. It makes the most delicious vinegrettes. Only one I buy now.

This is my go to vinegar for salads with blue cheese and other strong flavors. It has a great backbone to support big flavors and yet is completely balanced. I have used sherry vinegar from Jerez which id quite pricey and only going to become more dear so I am more than pleased with this find. Cheers to American Vinegar Works!
