I’ve been using apple cider vinegar a long time and this vinegar is by far the best I have tasted. The flavor is distinct yet not over powering. Absolutely love it as a vinaigrette on salads, bbq sauces, etc.

This is my go to vinegar for salads with blue cheese and other strong flavors. It has a great backbone to support big flavors and yet is completely balanced. I have used sherry vinegar from Jerez which id quite pricey and only going to become more dear so I am more than pleased with this find. Cheers to American Vinegar Works!
This vinegar is an absolute delight. It is smooth and balanced, lacking the harshness of commercial vinegar. It is a real find.
I compared it against the Grazi oil that had been highly recommended by the Wall Street Journal and was my "go to" oil. It was intense but had a slightly bitter finish.
Your oil was sweeter and more rounded, but had enough character to rate as premium. Some nuttiness and herbal qualities, too.
It goes really good with some Southern Fried Frog Legs!

This rice wine vinegar is the only one we want to use now. We tasted it against two other good brand rice wine vinegars and there is no comparison. The teaspoons of the others didn't even taste that good. This is the best tasting and our garden cucumbers are going to be fantastic with this rice wine vinegar. Thank you!
I did not understand the qualitative differences among vinegars. Simply the best and I can never go back to any other brand.

This vinegar has a strong acidic apple taste. it needs to be used sparingly.
