I got this vinegar as a gift to my in-laws when I discovered that they are tarragon fans. They are both good cooks, and they have really enjoyed this vinegar, both as a part of a vinaigrette with delicate greens and as a part of dressing for seafood dishes. Wonderful work, Vinegar Works, as usual!

Red wine is my go to vinegar and this one is the best I’ve used. I do like all the other flavors I’ve tried, esp the beer malt, but I always go back to the red wine. Has a delicate tartness that goes is wonderfully on salads.

Been ordering vinegar from this place for a few years, have never been disappointed, this tarragon one is very unique, light and crisp....great flavor

I just tried it on my fish & chips (I use Jamie Oliver's recipe) and it is wonderful. It caused me to toss my old name brand vinegar.

I'm a repeat and longtime customer, and products like the Better Than Champagne vinegar as the reason. I love the quality of the product. It's our house white wine vinegar (our house red wine vinegar is also by American Vinegar Works, obviously), and we reorder before our bottle is even empty so we always have some on hand. Amazing to lighten soups/stews and, of course, in dressings.

I have three different kinds of these vinegars. I use them for cooking, salad dressings every place that I want to balance flavors…..and lighten a heavy dish. My new favorite!
