This is, undoubtedly, a superior sherry vinegar. The acid is high and somewhat bracing but it makes the mouth salivate without any puckering harshness. The vinegar has a very pleasing, nutty finish. I love this stuff!

Great product, great service. This is a fantastic vinegar! I mostly just drink it straight (a shot every morning for my gut), but also use it in recipes. The recipe AVW provided for the New England Sports Drink is also good! It's a bit milder so I can get the fam to try it that way! Highly recommended.

Living on Cape Cod, we often have fish and chips, so I was eager to try AVW's malt vinegar -- great! Very nice flavor, we'll be enjoying it regularly.

I received my first bottle as a gift from a friend. He suggested I sip it first to really get the jist. This is a superior vinegar. So tasty and well rounded and great to finish recipes. My 9 year old mow asks for occasional sips... straight vinegar !!

There vinegars are crisp, clean and the perfect amount of acidity. I particularly like the Red Wine Vinegar with a mild olive oil on salads and refrigerator pickles.

I love the subtle, smooth and buttery taste. Very unique vinegar. I will never be able to go back to store-bought white wine.
