We use ACW's Apple Cider Vinegar in all of our recipes. The vinegar provides a more robust and deep flavor that you can't get with the in-store brands. We use their other vinegars too. You need to check out their Beer Malt Vinegar on Boardwalk-style French Fries.
Full of flavor. I see this subbing for black vinegar as a dumpling dip, in cheese dishes and as a condiment for veggies and potatoes. Much more body and depth of flavor than supermarket malts.
