These vinegars are the best. Nothing on store shelves compares. They will elevate your cooking, and will inspire you to elevate your cooking skills. Smooth, flavorful, and often just the right "secret ingredient" that puts your disk over the top. I keep at least five on hand at all times.

Delicious! I haven't had my vinegar long, but the one I have used for salads is great. Ask me down the road when I've had a chance to try all of them!

We have gotten into a new habit of making our own French fries of various and sundry types. This vinegar on freshly made fries is a dream! So much better than plain store-bought malt vinegar. We have also used it to make a lovely vinaigrette for warm potato salad. I can imagine using that same vinaigrette on hearty greens through the winter. I highly recommend this vinegar!

Literally my favorite add to soups. Gives a great depth of flavor.
