I have thus far only used it twice - once a drizzle on roasted brussels sprouts, and once over grilled salmon... excellent!

The Quince chardonnay vinegar adds nice flavor in the hot dog and cabbage recipe and tastes complex to drink mixed with only water. There's a hint of prune or raisin flavor to it, compared to the regular chardonnay vinegar--more sweetness and a bit fruity, light and interesting.

I love vinegars. I have a nuge 1930's cake plate next to my stove with all sorts, and this AVW sherry vinegar is better than the stuff I got from Spain. Bonus, it's affordable and I love supporting a New England company, I am excited to buy other types, and have a good collection of them soon. Vinegar is magical, and sherry vinegar can take modest roasted onions, carrots and cabbage to beautiful heights. 5 Stars~ !

I love this versatile maple infused vinegar. I've used it to create some incredibly flavorful salad dressings. its fabulous!

What a pleasant surprise it was to use this vinegar in a vinaigrette and find the fruitiness come through and make the salad very special. My only wish is that I could buy a larger bottle next time. It would be a shame not to try this fresh and flavorful vinegar.

This is a very light XV Olive Oil. I use it in cold applications where its subtle flavors are most evident. Top quality product!

A sophisticated (!)tang. Loved it in my dressing. I also used it as a brief marinade for chicken and it left a nice citrusy flavor
