The sun is coming out more frequently in New England and iced trays of oysters are starting to make it out to restaurant decks and docksides.
This week we are sharing a classic mignonette recipe for oysters and seafood. If you have our vinegars, a shallot and some black pepper you have all you will need to enjoy this classic. Well, that and some fresh, briny oysters!
This recipe (and vinegar variants on it) features our Pink Pacific Rose Wine Vinegar, Junmai Rice Wine Vinegar, Hot Honey Vinegar, and Ultimate Red Wine Vinegar.
