Here’s a better way to drink your vinegar.
Vinegar cocktails and mocktails are a tasty, sophisticated way to drink vinegars in the raw and introduce a healthier adult (non-alcoholic) ‘soda’ to your routine.
We’ve shared other recipes before but I wanted to step back and share a super simple, foundational vinegar drink recipe for your daily routine or to help you reset for the week or weekend.
Here I am using our Honey Wine Vinegar and some raw honey to sweeten but you can easily experiment with any of our vinegars and decide to sweeten or not (And to add aromatics – fresh bay leaf or juniper anyone?—or not) as you would like.
The use of the citrus twist in this drink is a game changer for those that have vinegar-based drinks. Why? Using a lemon or orange twist over and then into your drink is a way to tone down the vinegar smell while still keeping the refreshing vinegar taste in the drink.
