American Vinegar Works Pink Pacific Rose Spritz

Honey, vinegar and bubbles come together in this pretty pink cocktail that is in season all year long. We’ve never been to a garden party but imagine if we ever did, we would insist that our Pink Pacific Rose Spritz be served.

Bärenjäger is a German honey liquor that is available in many American liquor stores. We love it here for the way its’ floral notes play with our vinegar. And because using umlauts makes us think of that 99 balloon song which seems really appropriate for a pretty pink drink with an edge.

Feel free to make this cocktail individually or scale it up to a pitcher for a crowd (just not too far in advance or you will lose the effervescence).

This recipe features our Pink Pacific Rose Wine Vinegar.

The Pink Pacific Rose Spritz is a vibrant, sophisticated garden party in a glass. Combining honey, vinegar, and bubbles, this cocktail features floral notes that play beautifully with the bright acidity of Pink Pacific Rose Wine Vinegar. It’s a "pretty pink drink with an edge," thanks to the addition of Bärenjäger—a German honey liqueur—and aggressively fizzy mineral water.
