The Best Salad Dressing Ever

This brightens up a Fall salad dressing like no other! A little tangy, a little sweet. Goes great with arugula, apples, pears, and goat cheese. A simple shake with nice olive oil and you're set. Trade secret: Put the vinegar on first and then the olive oil. That way the vinegar will stay on the salad ingredients!

Fruity vinegar!

I have tried this vinegar and found it to have a very nice fruit flavor. The blueberries come up front. Can’t wait to experiment with it! It will be soon.

Get your blueberry on!

This vinegar is flavorful for sure! I use it for simple homemade dressings (just add a bit of vanilla stevia and dijon mustard, maybe some water depending on how tart you like it). I also use it in ice water for a bit of refreshing kick. I will buy two bottles next time.
