use them in reductions! fantastic for deglazing a pan after making a steak. yum!

What you taught me, was to use your vinegars in reductions. Such good advice. I would never have done that, despite pouring hundreds of old bottles of wine into pans (yea. I know. I even took that course. I have a degree in biology. but somehow I did not connect vinegar and wine. )

So now, when I deglaze, I reach for one of your bottles. And it works. maybe it's my palatte, but it totally works.

I love what you are doing. Please don't stop. and yea, please make a pineapple vinegar :-)

Welcome change from other commercial vinegar

Such a softer, less bitey vinegar. I love it and find I’m using it on foods I’ve never used it on previously - especially vegetables.

We’ll open them for Christmas tomorrow!

This made the best salad dressing with olive oil, honey, and herbs. It also worked well brightening kale cooked in ghee with onion and garlic. I am more than happy with this vinegar. A drop in soup, a drop in tomato sauce. I Will be treating myself to other varieties in the coming year.

Interesting blend

I ordered 4 various small batches, in part because of curiosity. I did take a taste of the cranberry apple cider and was surprised at how well the tartness of cranberries blend with the apple cider. We've not cooked with any of them yet, but will and I do believe I'll order again when I've used up my supply. There's a smoothness about the vinegar that I can only describe as similar to a very fine whisky smoothness. I'll definitely call when mother tells me to.
