Subtle and delicious

Most commercial rice vinegar clubs you over the head with acid or sugar. This one is very much like great sake…gently patient. I used it to make a smashed cucumber salad using Japanese cucumbers and sea salt. Most was gone before I could get it to the dinner table!

Bottle tops

I love your vinegar. I use them all the time, but I have one complaint and that is the bottle top when you go to pull it out. The white part of the top comes off and the bottom part stays in the bottle and then you have to get a pair of pliers or something to pull it out. I only have gotten these tops this last time the tops you had before were excellent.

My favorite vinegar product yet.

This was my second purchase of tarragon wine vinegar so I was very pleased to use the no drip pour for the first time. It is a wonderful improvement and the cap is so much easier to open.
