This is a refreshing, "elevated" take on the American classic. While a traditional Arnold Palmer relies solely on lemon and tea, the addition of IPA Beer Malt Vinegar gives this drink a richer, more complex depth of flavor without sacrificing any of its thirst-quenching properties. It’s the perfect secret weapon for a breezy summer afternoon—whether you actually play golf or just enjoy the aesthetic.
Ingredients

8oz chilled black tea

.5oz Beer Malt Vinegar (IPA or Porter)

.75oz of simple syrup

.25oz fresh lemon juice
Directions
Add ice to a large glass and then pour in all the ingredients and stir. Add a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint.
For a little kick, add 2oz of vodka or whiskey. Serves one but can easily scale or be made ahead-- just wait to add the ice until ready to drink.
Recipe Note
Tea Note: We prefer to quickly brew our own tea. Earl Grey is a favorite but any black tea will work well. That said, this is an easy, breezy low fuss summer drink. Go ahead and use a packaged tea if you would like-- just remember to get a good quality, unsweetened one.
