Our Tarragon Wine Vinegar was created by co-fermenting California Chardonnay and tarragon flown in at its' freshest.
By co-fermenting, rather than infusing, we have been able to create a vinegar with tarragon flavor throughout but without the sharpness of the herb.
This vinegar was fermented and barrel aged for a year before being hand bottled. It is a limited release.
