Tasting Fun!

My box of sample size vinegars arrived quickly. They were well priced and nicely boxed, I wouldn't hesitate to order a set of these as a gift to a "foodie" friend. I have not yet done a thorough tasting but did a spoon sip of a couple and found them to have a nice mild, smooth tartness not the bite that stings the back of your throat of typical store bought vinegar. Just picked up some fresh spinach and greens at the farmer's market and I will be doing some sampling. I suspect I'll be returning for a full sized version of my favorites in the very near future.

I love your products. I opened the Apple cider first to have a sip. I’ve finally found the vinegars to put my marinated mushrooms over the top. Glad to hear you are putting out larger bottles.
